By using this website, sending us a message, or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

If you use the site for a student under 18, you confirm that you are that student’s parent or guardian, or that you have their parent’s or guardian’s permission to share the student’s information and to book on their behalf.

The site describes our education consulting and related support. That includes study-abroad planning, with a focus on Canada, school and program guidance, application and document help, scholarship information, test-preparation coaching, and a paid introductory consultation.

We are not a law firm, and nothing on this website is legal advice. Admission, scholarship, study-permit, and visa decisions are made by schools and by government authorities, not by us. If a service includes immigration representation, that work is done only by a person who is authorized to provide it.

We prepare files with care. We do not promise an offer of admission, a visa or study permit, a scholarship, a test score, or a processing time. Stories and results published on the site are examples from other students. They are not a promise about your file.

Pages are general information. Program rules, tuition, and immigration requirements change. Check important details with the school or the official government source before you rely on them. We may update or remove pages as our services change.

You are responsible for the device, browser, and internet connection you use to reach the site.

A paid consultation booked on this site works as follows:

• You choose an open time. We hold it for about 10 minutes while you enter your details.
• The price shown before you pay is the price you agree to. As published on the booking form, that price is $50 CAD plus 5% GST, for a total of $52.50 CAD, for a consultation of about 30 minutes.
• You are not booked, and the time is not confirmed, until card payment succeeds.
• Card checkout is provided by Stripe. You enter card details on Stripe’s page. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment processing.
• You can leave the hold and choose another time before you pay. An unpaid hold expires on its own and is not a booking.

To cancel or move a consultation that is already paid, contact us as soon as you can by phone or at Info@myeducationexperience.com. If we cannot deliver the session, including because we cancel, we will offer another time or refund the consultation fee. If you do not attend and did not give us reasonable notice, we may keep the fee to cover the time we held. Nothing in this paragraph removes a right you have under Alberta consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Other services, such as a full application package, are quoted before you agree to them. A figure on the website is not a quote for that work unless we confirm it in writing.

By continuing from the booking form to payment, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

You agree that information and documents you send are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share them. That includes a parent sharing a student’s details, or a student sharing a parent’s contact details for billing.

Schools and governments set their own deadlines. We will tell you what we need and when. A late document from you can miss a deadline we do not control.

How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the site to break the law, or to give a school or authority information you know is false
• Try to open another person’s booking, payment, or file
• Interfere with the site, scrape it in bulk, or introduce harmful code
• Use our name or content to suggest a partnership, endorsement, or agency we have not agreed to in writing

The site design, text, logos, and graphics belong to My Education Experience or are used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. Please ask before copying pages for your own business.

You keep ownership of documents you send us. You give us permission to use those documents only to deliver the service you asked for.

The site links to social networks and, during checkout, sends you to Stripe. School and government sites are separate from us. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is between you and them.

The website and its content are provided for general information. We do not warrant that the site will always be available or free of errors. To the extent Alberta and Canadian law allow, we disclaim implied warranties that the law lets a business disclaim. Statutory rights that cannot be disclaimed stay in place.

To the extent Alberta and Canadian law allow, My Education Experience is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for a decision made by a school, scholarship body, test provider, or government authority. These terms do not limit any liability that cannot be limited, including liability the law does not allow us to exclude and any consumer right that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. The courts of Alberta are the venue for a dispute about these terms, except where a consumer-protection rule gives you a mandatory right to be heard somewhere else.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change. Using the site after an update means you accept the updated terms for that new use. A consultation you have already paid for stays on the terms that applied when you paid, except where the law requires a change.
